Southern Raisin Pie
1 teaspoon vanilla
· Prick bottom and sides of 9-inch pie shell and bake at 450 degrees F for three to five minutes. · Remove and let cool.
· Combine butter and sugar in saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly. Stir in eggs and last five items.
