1 can pumpkin (Or 15 oz. of your own. I like to use Coleman Brothers' pumpkin from the farmersâ€TM market) 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup brown sugar
Whipped cream topping (optional)
