Grilled Rib eye with Roasted Garlic Butter
Serves 6
Rib eyes, six (12-16 oz. each)
Salt and pepper as needed
Butter, organic 1-1/4 sticks
Roasted Garlic, 8-10 cloves
Parsley, flat leaf, minced, 1 Tb.
Garlic Butter:
1. Let butter come to room temperature.
2. Coat garlic lightly in olive oil and put into a covered pan.
3. Bake at 325 degrees until the garlic is soft and just starting to brown.
You can also put an entire bulb of garlic in the oven until it is soft
and then squeeze the roasted garlic out.
4. In a bowl cream butter, mix in garlic, season to taste.
5. Roll between plastic wrap into a cylinder and cool in refrigerator.
